Can everyone be hypnotized?
Almost everyone can enter a hypnotic state—as long as they are open and willing. Hypnosis is a collaborative process, not something that is done to you, but something we create together.
What if I can’t “go deep enough”?
There is no “right” or “perfect” way to experience hypnosis. Even a light trance can be incredibly effective. Your subconscious mind hears and responds to everything it needs to—exactly as it should.
How should I prepare for a session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Wear something cozy, and come with an open mind. You don’t need to “do” anything perfectly—just allow yourself to receive.
